These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Is It AI? mobile application. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Is It AI? allows users to upload images from their device and analyzes whether the images are generated by artificial intelligence. The service is provided for informational purposes only.
The AI detection results provided by Is It AI? are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. The app is intended for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole source of truth.
Is It AI? offers both weekly and yearly subscription plans. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. If you cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period (for example, three days before expiration), you will continue to have access to all premium features until the subscription officially ends.
All purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Is It AI? does not process refunds directly.
Is It AI? and its developers shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to incorrect detection results, data loss, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
