Privacy Policy

SignApp · Last updated: April 7, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SignApp ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

SignApp does not require you to create an account. We generate an anonymous device identifier to store your signatures and recent files. We do not collect your name, email, or any personally identifiable information.

2. How Your Data Is Stored

Your signatures are stored in Google Firestore under your anonymous device ID. Scanned documents and imported files are stored locally on your device only.

3. Document Processing

When you use the signature extraction or document signing features, the relevant image or document is sent to our secure AWS Lambda endpoint for processing. Files are processed in memory and are not retained on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following services: Google Firebase (Firestore) for signature storage, and Amazon Web Services (AWS Lambda) for image and PDF processing.

5. Your Rights

You can delete all your signatures at any time from within the app. Since we do not collect personal information, no identity verification is required.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when it was last revised.
