We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use SignApp on any device you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store Terms of Service.
You agree not to use SignApp for any unlawful purpose, including creating fraudulent signatures, forging documents, or impersonating another person. You are solely responsible for the legality of documents you sign using this app.
SignApp provides tools for adding digital signatures to documents. The legal validity of these signatures depends on the laws of your jurisdiction and the agreement of the parties involved. We make no guarantees regarding the enforceability of any document signed using the app.
You retain all rights to the documents and signatures you create or import. We do not claim ownership of your content.
SignApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or documents.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payments are handled by the App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
